Account & Data Deletion

At Orbitelo, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. You can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Option 1: Delete your account from the app or website
You can start the account deletion process directly from the Orbitelo app or website.
Steps:
- Go to your Profile section
- Verify that you don't have any active data plans
- ⚠️ Deleting your account will permanently remove all account information and active plans
- Tap "Delete account"
- Review the information about data deletion
- Confirm the deletion request
For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before completing the process.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you're unable to access the app or website, you can request account deletion by email.
Steps:
- Send an email to support@orbitelo.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Send the email from the address associated with your Orbitelo account
Our support team may contact you to verify your request.
What happens when you delete your account
Data that will be deleted
- Account profile information (email address, user ID)
- Authentication records
- App usage and analytics data linked to your account
- Customer support conversations
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained only when legally required, such as:
- Transaction and billing records (for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes)
This retained data:
- Is stored securely
- Is not used for marketing
- Is kept only for the minimum period required by law
Important notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- All active plans and remaining data balance will be lost
- Make sure your plans are fully used or expired before proceeding
Deletion timeframe
Account data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of verification.
