Users are responsible for ensuring their device is compatible before purchasing an eSIM plan.

• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated
• Taxes or fees may apply depending on location
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers

Orbitelo is not responsible for issues caused by payment providers.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Activated or partially used eSIM plans may not be refundable
